Please read the requirements for the category of affiliation with IMPACT you are applying for. Then submit this application, along with the appropriate affiliation information and references. Email or call the IMPACT Office if you have any questions.

A $500 yearly membership fee, which includes a $150 nonrefundable application fee, is required to be submitted with your application. This fee is applied to annual dues if membership is granted. For a husband and wife applying together, the fee is still $500. Our calendar year runs from July to July, to coincide with our annual international IMPACT conference in July every year. Each year members will be billed an annual renewal of $500 to cover administrative expenses, which can also be paid at the July conference.
